2017 Town & County Taxes

The 2017 Town & County taxes are payable in the Town Clerk's Office by check or cash.  New this year, taxes are payable online with an extra fee.  Please see the link on the right.
Reminder:  The last day to pay the 2017 Town & County tax bills in the Town office is Wednesday, May 31st.

Homer Senior Center News

 To make your reservation please call (607) 753-5061. The David Harum Homer Senior Center is open for activities & information Monday 2-7 pm, evening meal at 4:30 pm; Tuesday-Thursday 9am-2pm, lunch at 11:30 am. For more information call (607) 749-2362. The center is a service of the Nutrition Program, a unit of the Cortland County Area Agency on Aging.

Assessor's Office

The Assessor's Office for the Towns of Homer and Virgil and the City of Cortland is located in the Homer Town Hall at 31 North Main Street in the Village.
Office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  The Office may be reached by calling 607-749-3153.
To meet with Assessor Brian M. Fitts, please call for an appointment.


Town Board Meeting 

The next meeting of the Homer Town Board is scheduled for Wednesday, May 3rd, at 6:30 p.m.in the board room of the Town Hall building.

Hunting/Fishing Licenses On Sale

Hunting and fishing licenses are available for purchase at the Town Clerk's Office.

Office Hours for Town Justice

The Justice Court Office will be open on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.  The Court Office is located at the back of the Town Hall building off the parking lot (Senior Center entrance).  For more information, call the Court Office at 607-749-2326.
