Chairman Lawrence opened the public hearing to consider a request for an interpretation of the zoning law as it applies to property at 5224 Route 11, currently owned by Stanley and Donna Birchenough. The Zoning Board of Appeals has been requested to affirm a determination by the Code Enforcement Officer that the zoning classification of Business Use would allow the Homer Iron Works, LLC, to move its operations onto that premises.

Chairman Lawrence opened the public hearing to consider an application by Jim, Fred, and Linda Forbes for an area variance to subdivide a 1.7 acre residential parcel located at 5051 Forbes Road from a parcel consisting of 133 acres.

1. Public hearing regarding an application by Lisa Lynn Thomas for a use variance for property at 270 Route 90 for the operation of an automotive dealership.
2. Public hearing regarding an application by James and Sherry Foster for a special permit to temporarily place a single-wide mobile home on property at 6041 West Scott Road.

Chairman Lawrence opened the public hearing to consider an application by Joseph and Denise Gilbert to increase the size of their boarding kennel at 5640 US Route 11 to house an additional 20 dogs.
