The bid opening for the repair of the Pine Street Bridge held outside the temporary Town Offices on Tuesday, April 2, 2019, was called to order at 3:30 p.m. by Supervisor Frederick J. Forbes, Sr.

Bids were opened and read by Supervisor Forbes as follows:
- ProCon Contracting, Vestal – $93,000 base bid and $25,000 addendum #1 for total bid of $118,000
- Economy Paving, Cortland – $89,889.89 base bid and $9,709.70 addendum #1 for total bid of $99,599.59
- Vector Construction, Cicero – $181,000 base bid and $23,000 addendum #1 for total bid of $204,000
Luke Morenus said that addendum #1 involves access to the river and at the present time the NYSDEC has not given permission for that work to be done. He said that Barton & Loguidice would review all bids and report to the Town prior to the Board’s next meeting on Wednesday, April 3rd.
Supervisor Forbes said that he expects the Town to award the bid for the Pine Street Bridge project at the Wednesday evening meeting.
The bid opening was adjourned at 3:40 p.m.
