A joint public hearing of the Homer Town Board and the Homer Town Fire District held on Wednesday, December 3, 2014, in the board room of the Town Hall building was called to order by Supervisor Frederick J. Forbes, Sr, at 7:15 p.m.

Supervisor Forbes read the legal notice of the public hearing the purpose of which is to consider a new contract with the Village of Homer for fire protection outside of the boundaries of the Village. The new contract is a three-year contract calling for a payment of $84,714 by July 1st, 2015, $85,414 by July 1st, 2016, and $86,314 by July 1st, 2017.
