Regular Meeting

Chairman Wright opened the public hearing for review of subdivision maps for a previously approved subdivision of two six acre parcels out of an existing 27 acre parcel located at 5211 U.S. Route 11 owned by Dave Appel, dba Homer Self-Storage, LLC.

Member McMahon made the motion to renew the previous motion to approve the subdivision of two 6 acre parcels out of an existing 27 acre parcel. Member Gray seconded the motion. With all members in favor saying “aye”, none opposed and none abstained. The motion was carried unanimous 4,0,0.

Attorney Snyder stated the renewal is considered a Type 2 action under SEQR and no short environmental assessment form is needed.


The meeting was adjourned at 8:00pm.
