The Town of Homer Zoning Board of Appeals will hold public hearings to consider the following applications:
An application by Stephen Young for an area variance to build a garage less than 7 feet from the property line at 5740 Route 11, tax map no. 47.00-01-30.000.
An application by William Luety for an area variance to build a garage within the setback distance at 2146 NYS Route 13, tax map no. 67.00-07-05.000.
The public hearings will be held on April 27, 2022 at 6:00 PM at the Town Hall at 31 North Main Street, Homer (downstairs.) All interested parties will be heard. The application may be examined at the Town Hall, and written comments may be submitted to the ZBA Chairman prior to or at the hearing.
