The Town of Homer Planning Board will hold public hearings to consider the following:
An application by Richard Osborne, Jr., to subdivide out 21 acres from an existing 189 acre parcel at 4684 McGraw-North Road, tax map no. 68.00-01-64.110.
An application by David Sanford for a conditional permit to construct a double wide manufactured home at 5078 Bishop Hill Road, tax map no. 66.00-08-03.000.
An application by John and Susan Merry for a lot line adjustment to transfer 0.2 acres to an adjoining parcel, tax map no. 66.00-02-03.000.
The public hearings will be held on April 27, 2022 beginning at 7:00 PM at the Town Hall at 31 North Main Street, Homer (in the senior center, rear entrance). All interested parties will be heard. The applications may be examined at the Town Hall, and written comments may be submitted to the Planning Board Chairman prior to or at the hearing.
